Summer is winding down, Labor Day will be here before you know it, and educators and students are gearing up for another great year of learning. It’s a good time to remind ourselves how important a well-rounded public education is to our kids and our future. That’s why it’s so important we pass Prop. 55 this November. We can’t go back to the devastating cuts experienced during the last recession where programs were slashed, jobs were lost, and parents and educators had to reach in their pockets to help with rising school costs.
