The following MOU on the June 2016 early resignation notice/incentive was approved by our Governing Board last week. During the timeline of January 16,
2016 to February 15, 2016, any certificated contracted employee who turns in the non-revocable resignation form (resigning on their last contracted date of employment in June 2016) will be eligible for the incentive. This is the same early resignation incentive that we have done since 2008.
